2. No Embassy or Government Affiliation

2.2 All visa-related decisions are made independently by the respective authorities, and the Company has no influence over the same.
3. Fees, Payments, and Refund Policy

3.2 All fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including visa rejection, withdrawal of application, change of travel plan, or dissatisfaction with services.
3.3 Clients are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents they provide are accurate, genuine, and complete. Any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations may lead to delays or visa rejection, for which the Company will not be held liable.
4. Information, Guidance, and Responsibility

5. Limitation of Liability

5.2 The maximum liability of the Company, in any case, shall not exceed the amount of service fee paid by the client.
6. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
6.1 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from the services provided by Anyvisas.in shall be governed by the laws of India.
6.2 All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
7. Communication and Call Recordings
7.1 For training, quality control, and reference purposes, all calls, emails, and interactions may be recorded or storedby the Company.
7.2 These recordings help us maintain accuracy in communication and minimize repeated queries. The recordings are for internal reference only and are not shared externally unless required by law.
